About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you will be working alongside our Talent Partners to identify, attract, assess, and hire great talent.

Through the strong relationships you form with candidates you will understand their ambitions and values and work closely to find them the best positions. In addition, you will have a passion for building our employer brand whilst focusing on delivering the very best candidate experience.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Gaining candidate interest by representing our practices and opportunities with compelling and credible messages
  • Telephone screening of all candidates to assess suitability to specific roles whilst building long-term relationships
  • Use and maintain the recruitment system to support the recruitment process and ensure that all data is accurate and up to date
  • Understand competitor practices and maintain a focus on continuous improvement to allow us to attract and select the best candidates
  • Creating Hakim Group advocates by providing a memorable candidate experience, using feedback and best practice

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • You’ll have excellent knowledge about the employee lifecycle and know how to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • You’ll be a natural communicator, who is personable with the ability to interact, influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • To demonstrate IT skills to include a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as a willingness to learn specific IT systems.
