About the Role

For over 45 years Welbourne Opticians has been the trusted independent optician in the heart of Lancaster. Our practice at 3 King Street is the home of optometry in the city, dating back to 1933 when the first optometrist opened its doors.

To this day we remain proudly independent, committed to delivering exceptional quality eye care with personal, friendly service.

We are looking for a full-time Optical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care. Experience is desirable, although not essential as full training will be provided.

Today, we continue the tradition of delivering exceptional eyecare and personalised service to give you absolute peace of mind when it comes to your eye health.

Educating others about the benefits of independent eye care is an ongoing challenge and one that we look forward to meeting head-on with you as a part of our team.

  • We are a team of 4
  • The role requires you to work Saturdays, although not every Saturday
