Our dedication to high-quality care has built strong connections with our local community, and we are looking for an Optical Assistant to join our team and help continue our commitment to excellence.

Your Role

As an Optical Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working to provide an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients in selecting eyewear that meets their visual needs and lifestyle.
  • Supporting optometrists in delivering thorough eye examinations.
  • Handling bookings, patient queries, and administrative tasks.
  • Educating patients on the benefits of independent eye care.
  • Promoting our brand and services within the local community.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our passion for putting patients first. You should:

  • Have at least one year of experience as an Optical Assistant.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a friendly, empathetic, and informative service.
  • Be proactive in seeking opportunities to improve and innovate within your role.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for promoting the benefits of independent eye care.

Additional Information

  • This role requires working 4-5 days per week, including every Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
