About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Optical Assistant to join our busy community practice and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you’ll play an important part in helping people feel confident and well looked after, offering advice on frames and fittings, sharing your knowledge, and supporting patients throughout their journey with us.
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in building trust with patients. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works closely together to provide a high-quality service while looking out for one another. We believe in giving our team the time, tools, and encouragement they need to do their job well, so you can focus on delivering great care without feeling rushed or pressured.
As an Optical Assistant, you’ll help patients with everything from frame styling and lens choices to fittings, adjustments, and aftercare.
