About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Experienced Optical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.

About the Role: You’ll play a vital role in providing personalized service to our patients, taking time to understand their unique visual needs. We value a warm, friendly approach, as many clients expect a family-like experience. Prior optical knowledge is ideal, but we’re happy to train the right person who fits our team’s spirit.

About Us: We are a highly regarded, independent practice with a strong community presence, focused on frame styling, dry eye care, and myopia management. Each patient appointment is unrushed, allowing us to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with a friendly, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
  • A team player who will fit well with our supportive and collegial environment.
  • Some prior optical knowledge, with a willingness to further develop skills through our training.
  • A commitment to providing a patient-centered, empathetic, and informative service.

Additional Details:

  • Supportive team of six.
  • Role includes 3 Saturdays per month.
