Key Responsibilities:

• Individual patient dispensing of spectacles using innovative lenses ensuring proper fit and comfort.
• Frame buying and liaising with reps
• Provide product knowledge and educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and other optical products
• Drive the front of house ensuring a great atmosphere for patients
• Support the practice with new ideas, marketing and running event days
• Collaborate with Optometrists and other vision care professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Customer Satisfaction
