Join Our Marketing Team at Amplify Hearing!

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and highly organised Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing team on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our digital presence, increasing brand awareness, and helping drive traffic and leads across our hearing care services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career marketer who’s keen to build hands‑on experience across social media, websites, SEO, analytics and digital campaigns within a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Assist with sourcing content and managing posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Support the development and maintenance of social media content calendars aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide social media posts and blog content for optical partners when required.
  • Join and engage with relevant local community groups on social platforms to promote practices, events and open days.
  • Monitor competitor social media activity and performance.
  • Assist with responding to social engagement to foster community growth and customer interaction.

Websites, SEO & Digital Estate

  • Support website updates and ongoing content maintenance.
  • Ensure all website content is SEO‑optimised using relevant keywords.
  • Create and maintain profiles for new starters and audiology partners, including bios and imagery for websites and social channels.
  • Support the digital onboarding of new practices, including creation and upkeep of practice pages.
  • Add backlinks to hearing care pages on optical partners’ websites, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.

Analytics, Reporting & Platforms

  • Collect and assist with analysing digital performance data, including website traffic, social engagement and lead generation.
  • Support reporting on digital marketing performance and campaign results.

Google Business & Reviews

  • Set up, verify and maintain Google Business profiles for clinics.
  • Upload and manage image content to optimise listings.
  • Monitor, manage and respond to Google reviews alongside the wider marketing team.

General Marketing Support

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing as required.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc digital marketing projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

✓ A recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in digital marketing.
✓ A solid understanding of digital marketing channels (social, SEO, email) is essential.
✓ A creative thinker who enjoys content creation.
✓ Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks at pace.
✓ Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
✓ Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms.
✓ Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, Wix and Canva is a bonus.
✓ A collaborative team player who is open to feedback and development.
✓ A genuine “can do” and willing‑to‑learn attitude.
