Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll be the person who helps keep the practice running efficiently while ensuring every patient leaves with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the welcoming face of the practice and delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience for every patient.
  • Managing appointments, recalls, telephone enquiries, emails, and patient records.
  • Carrying out a range of front-of-house and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
  • Maintaining high standards of practice presentation, ensuring the reception and waiting areas are always welcoming and professional.
  • Supporting the clinical and dispensing teams with the day-to-day running of the practice.
  • Occasionally assisting with pre-screening and frame dispensing to support the patient journey.
  • Building rapport with patients, understanding their lifestyle and vision needs, and helping guide them towards the most suitable optical solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in a patient-facing setting and/or customer service role.
  • Experience in Optics is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
  • Previous experience with administration duties, such as appointment scheduling, managing recalls, handling patient enquiries, and maintaining accurate records, would be highly desirable.
  • A keen eye for detail and an interest in fashion, with the ability to offer personalised styling advice.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
