About the Role

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Clinical Support to join our team in Cobham, someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the clinical team. You’ll be central to the patient journey and ensuring every step of the process is smooth and well-organised.


You’ll also support patients with pre-screening and assist with frame dispensing, helping them feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering honest, professional advice. Our ideal candidate builds trust with patients, supports the team, and ensures our service is seamless from start to finish. You’ll have the time, tools, and encouragement to do your job to a high standard, without feeling rushed or pressured. Collaboration is key here – you’ll be the central link that keeps the practice running efficiently while making every patient interaction smooth and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-of-house and administrative duties
  • Pre-screening and assisting in ophthalmic diagnostics
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation
  • Supporting the clinical and dispensing team with the day-to-day running of the business
  • Work closely with patients to understand their lifestyle and vision requirements, ensuring they receive tailored optical solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in retail or customer service
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
  • A keen eye for detail and an interest in fashion, with the ability to offer personalised styling advice.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • An all-round team member willing to do high-end dispensing as well as admin responsibilities and clinical support.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires you to work Saturdays
