About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Practice Manager to work across both our practices in Cockermouth and Workington. This role include working Saturdays.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, delivering an exceptional patient experience, leading and developing the team, providing expert dispensing and personalised advice, driving sales performance and KPI achievement, overseeing stock control, and ensuring full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust with patients, and being part of a supportive group of professionals. You’ll have the time and freedom to do your job properly by providing honest, expert care. Working closely with the rest of the team, you’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.

As an experienced team leader, you’ll use your technical management skills and passion for people to ensure the smal team of 9 are engaged and the practice runs smoothly. You’ll be involved in the patient journey and day to day operation of the practice, and be on hand to support patients with queries or concerns. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in great service, and who brings warmth, care, and expertise to every interaction.
