About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Communications Team and play a key role in supporting the Head of PR & Communications and Growth Team.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity within Hakim Group, where you will shape and deliver impactful marketing strategies across our family of independent practices. You will be responsible for ensuring our practices are highly visible within their local communities, driving local footfall and Like-for-Like (LFL) growth in line with Group KPIs.
The role offers a dynamic balance of strategic thinking, hands-on marketing execution, creative collaboration, and people leadership. You will work closely with our Head of Creative, in-house Design Team, Growth Team and external partners to deliver innovative and effective multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Marketing Communications Team, overseeing Senior Marketing Executives and Marketing Executives to ensure all marketing objectives are delivered.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with Hakim Group’s KPIs and overall growth objectives.
- Ensure every practice within the Group has a clear and effective local marketing plan.
- Collaborate with the Head of PR & Communications to align local marketing activity with national campaigns and Group priorities.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing assets across the full marketing calendar, including POS, window campaigns, local advertising, graphics, digital and social media content.
- Work closely with the Design Team to brief, develop and deliver high-quality creative concepts.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign performance, providing ROI analysis and actionable insights.
- Build strong relationships with practice teams, tailoring marketing strategies to meet local community needs while maintaining brand standards.
- Support internal events and ensure brand values are consistently represented.
- Lead and support the onboarding of new practices, ensuring they receive structured marketing plans and resources from day one.
- Manage relationships with printers, suppliers and external partners to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Contribute to weekly marketing growth huddles, sharing campaign updates and successes.
- Act as a role model within the team, fostering creativity, accountability and continuous improvement
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a commercially minded and creative marketing leader with proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role, including line management responsibility. You will have strong multi-channel marketing expertise, a track record of delivering measurable campaigns, and experience working closely with creative teams to develop effective assets. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you will bring excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
