About the Role

Job Title: Mobile Optometrist – Future Partner Opportunity

Location: Across 3 established practices in Epping, Chelmsford and Dunmow.

Salary: £62,500 + £4,000 Car Allowance

Hours: Full-time, 3-month fixed rota

About the Role:

This full-time mobile position offers:

• Fixed 3-month rota for stability, with consistent locations:
• Monday & Wednesday in Epping
• Tuesday in Chelmsford
• Thursday rotation between Epping and Chelmsford
• Saturday rotation between Dunmow and Chelmsford
• Salary up to £62.5k, plus a £4k Car Allowance
• A mentor who’ll be your future business partner if you’re interested
• 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays, with a potential increase for loyalty and performance

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• MECS and POX accreditation is a must
• Competency with contact lenses and myopia management
• The commitment to continuous improvement both clinically and commercially
• Flexibility to adapt to new practices if they onboard
• A balance of clinical excellence and commercial acumen

About the Practices:

Our practices are designed with both the clinician and patient in mind:

• Well-established with a loyal, affluent clientele (Average Dispense Value of £400+)
• Equipped with Optix PMS, OCTs, Phoropters, and 40-minute testing slots
• Pre-screening done for you in 2 out of 3 practices
