We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Optical Assistant Practice Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our practice.

We are looking for an experienced Optical Assistant who may or may not have managed a practice before. We will support you with the tools to develop your skillset and the opportunity to further your career as a result.

You’ll be working with amazing brands such as Emporio Armani, Wolf, Ray-ban, Stepper Eyewear and many more! We pride ourselves on our clinical and personalised care, our patients are not numbers like in some large multiples, we strive to treat everyone as individuals and take our time to address their needs and offer the best possible solutions including a vast range of spectacle lenses, contact lenses and more.

  • Salary: £26,000 pa plus bonus based on KPIs (Pro-rata if you can only do 4 days)

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Practice Manager/Optical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.

You will be an integral part of our great team, helping us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate, and engaging with the local community.

We are also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs. You will be responsible for managing overseeing the patient journey, ensuring this runs as smooth as possible, and making sure interaction with patients is friendly, informative, and empathetic.

You will also be responsible for managing the team in practice and the administration associated with this, whilst also completing further administrative tasks such as marketing on non-testing days.

Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the local community.
