About the Role

As our Post Merger Integrations Manager, you will collaborate with our practices, partners, team members and service providers to integrate new businesses into Hakim Group. You’ll have the opportunity to continually innovate the ways we work and play a part in our continued growth.

As an influential leader who can build trusting relationships, you will be responsible for supporting your practices during the transition period.

You’ll be the link between HQ and the new practice, supporting them in transitioning their practice information to HQ and connecting them with the right departments to support their integration. With your exceptional ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively, you embody our value of kindness and create a warm and welcoming environment for practice teams to thrive in. Your deep industry knowledge and commercial awareness will empower you to support your buddy in laying the groundwork for even greater success. Together, you will achieve great things and continue to elevate the Hakim family.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a team member who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This individual should possess outstanding communication skills and be able to quickly establish trusting relationships with customers. Strong organisational

abilities are essential, as the role requires coordinating various work streams. Additionally, we value kindness, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. While not mandatory, familiarity with the Optical industry would be beneficial.
